Frances married (1) Hiram Doye Taylor "Doye" son of Dempsey Day Taylor and Mary Jane Hancock. The marriage ended in divorce.Hiram was born on 30 Jan 1921 in Cecil Georgia. He died on 29 Oct 1975 in Adel, Cook Co. Georgia. He was buried on 2 Nov 1975 in Fellowship Church, Cecil, Cook Co. Georgia.

Doye as he was called rasied John Ray Taylor although he never officaly addopted him. His wife Frances Helen Taylor did addopt John. John's biolagical father was John R. Taylor the brother of Doye.

Hiram and Frances had the following children:
